A BIT MORE...

Originally built in 1816, Jennings Perch began as a small general store & local farm pound prior to being transformed into a full time residence sometime in the late 1800's.

From the beginning, the property always enjoyed a panoramic, waterfront view of the landscape - as it's perched high on a bluff overlooking Jennings Pond.  Hence, the name:  Jennings Perch.

It's a very special place, filled with a combination of period construction and modern amenities.  Surrounded by nature, yet within a few steps of town, we invite you to enjoy our cozy home.
